**请注意: 1)备取名额开放，系统将自动寄信至学校信箱，或自行至报名系统查询。
2)本系列活动为书苑日微学分课程，报名即视为修课，修课规定请查阅「三品书院」官网。
3)本系列活动不适用通识奖章；需持学生证入场。所有活动线上报名，活动前一天23:50前可取消报名，逾期未取消报名或18:30前未报到者视为放弃该场次，并「禁止线上报名」(不接受EMAIL/电话/人工取消)。
4)所有活动需在当日21:00前填写线上回馈单并送出（或现场交纸本），未填写/未交者将「禁止线上报名」本学期其他三品书院活动(已报名未参与活动亦同)。
